What exactly is Synergy?

Synergy is an all-in-one, education-first partnership for providers looking to offer advanced stem cell and wellness therapies. We help medical and wellness practices integrate regenerative therapies into their existing model through expert-led education, FDA-aligned guidance, and refined clinical protocols — providing a structured path, not a done-for-you service.

Do I keep full control of my practice and clinical decisions?

Yes. Synergy is built to equip providers, not to direct them. You retain complete autonomy over your practice and clinical judgment. Our role is to bring clarity to complexity and provide the education and structure that support confident decision-making.

Is regenerative medicine something my practice can offer compliantly?

Our entire approach is education-based and oriented around current FDA expectations and industry standards — including the 21 CFR Part 1271 framework, minimal-manipulation and homologous-use principles, and ethical patient-consent practices. We help you understand the framework so you can make informed, responsible decisions for your own practice.

Does Synergy make claims about patient outcomes or results?

No. We are intentional about communicating regenerative medicine through education over promises and clarity over hype. We do not make outcome-based claims, and we coach partner practices to keep their own messaging education-based and compliant.

What happens at the training workshop?

Workshops are two-day, live, hands-on intensives in Las Vegas. They cover clinical protocols, FDA-aligned positioning, patient communication, and practical integration into your existing practice. Every partner practice attends one workshop before going live.

How long does it take to get started?

Most practices move from their first call to active implementation in about four to eight weeks, depending on when the next workshop lands. The path is four steps: schedule a call, complete onboarding, attend a workshop, then implement with ongoing support.

Who is Synergy a good fit for?

Synergy is designed for providers and practices looking to incorporate regenerative therapies into their clinical offering. We meet you where you are, offering multiple pathways to integrate these therapies in a way that aligns with your practice model. Our approach is best suited for those who value education-first implementation, structured protocols, and responsible patient communication — while expanding access to advanced regenerative options.

What kind of support do I get after the workshop?

The partnership continues past go-live. Partners receive ongoing protocols, regulatory updates, marketing and patient-education guidance, and access to the provider portal — so your program is supported as it grows and as expectations evolve.

What is the difference between the partnership types?

Practices can participate as a Harvest Center, a Treatment Center, or a Referral Center, depending on what role best fits your practice's capabilities and goals. Each type has its own focus and requirements — the partnership pages walk through what each involves.

Is there a cost to join?

Yes — program pricing is reviewed during your discovery call and tailored to your practice. There's no obligation to join.

Do you provide marketing materials?

Yes — Synergy provides marketing and patient-education guidance designed to keep your messaging compliant and education-based. The focus is helping you communicate clearly and responsibly, never on outcome-based advertising.

How do I take the next step?

You can apply to join the partnership or schedule a private Zoom call with the Synergy team. We respond within two business days to confirm fit, or you can reach the Synergy Director directly at (801) 440-2481.

Do Synergy workshops offer CME credits?

Yes. Synergy workshops provide up to 14 CME credits, combining didactic education with hands-on training to support both clinical understanding and real-world application.

Do I need prior experience with regenerative medicine?

No. Synergy is built for providers at all stages—from those just beginning to explore regenerative therapies to those looking to refine and expand an existing program. Our education-first approach ensures you have the foundation needed to move forward with confidence.
